Terms & Conditions of the Registration Agreement
Refund Policy

The Undersigned acknowledges that the fee for the
Basic Appraisal 150-hour Training Program
which is listed above is payable upon enrollment and is subject to change without notice. Said fee for each course is refundable subject to the following conditions:
1. A $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE enrollment fee.
2. A $5.00 charge will apply for each student ID reprint.
3. A $75.00 charge for each session or portion thereof attended.
4. A $70.00 NON-REFUNDABLE textbook fee per course. If your course extends beyond the current year you will be required to purchase the updated textbook. The applicable charge for textbooks is available by calling the school.
5. NO CASH REFUNDS will be given after 6 months from the first date attending the course.
6. NO TUITION CREDIT will be given after 12 months from the first date attending the course.
7. A $30.00 charge will be imposed on all returned checks.
8.  In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals with disabilities who require an accomodation to attend classes must notify the school at least 72 hours in advance of attendance by calling or faxing notification to the following  telephone or fax numbers:  Phone 480-946-5388, Fax 480-949-5918.
Course Repeat / Restart Policies
1.  Any student who for reasons of illness or personal emergency must interrupt their training, upon notice to the school, may have the option to be held in a pending file for up to 6 months (from the date of original enrollment) without loss of credit for fees or sessions attended.
Pre-registration notification of new start date is required in order to guarantee the student a place in their requested class.
2.  A student who attended classes more than 6 months but 1 year or less, paid the tuition in full, and now wishes to retake or continue any portion of the program will be charged one-third of the current tuition schedule.
3.  A student who attended classes more than 1 year ago, but 2 years or less, paid the tuition in full, and now wishes to retake or continue any portion of the program will be charged two-third of the current tuition schedule.
4.  A student who attended classes 2 or more years ago will be charged the full current tuition.
Pre-registration notification of new start date is required in order to guarantee the student a place in their requested class.

UNIFORM STANDARDS OF APPRAISAL PRACTICE
which is listed above is payable upon enrollment and is subject to change without notice. Said fee is refundable subject to the following conditions:
1. A $75.00 NON-REFUNDABLE enrollment fee.
2. A $75.00 charge for each session or portion thereof attended.
3. A $5.00 charge will apply for each student ID reprint.
4. A $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE text book fee per class. If your course extends beyond the current year you will be required to purchase the updated textbook. The applicable charge for textbooks is available by calling the school.

2. This is a National USPAP Course and therefore must follow National USPAP Course standards. Students are required by National Standards to complete the 15-hour pre-licensing course and successfully pass the National Exam. The Student is given three (3) attempts to pass a National USPAP Exam. If the student does not successfully pass the National USPAP Exam they are required to take the National USPAP Course a second time. The cost for taking the National Course a second time is $85. If the Course extends beyond the current year the student is responsible for purchasing a current copy of the National USPAP Standards Book.
Pre-Registration is required each time the student takes the USPAP Course.

3.  A student who attended classes more than 1 year ago, and now wishes to retake or continue any portion of the program will be charged full current tuition.

ALTHOUGH THE ARIZONA SCHOOL OF REAL ESTATE & BUSINESS DOES PROVIDE PLACEMENT INFORMATION FOR ITS STUDENTS, THE SCHOOL DOES NOT GUARANTEE JOB PLACEMENT NOR WARRANT THAT EMPLOYMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR THE APPLICANT.

BY SUBMITTING THIS REGISTRATION I HAVE READ, AND DO UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE POLICIES OF THE SCHOOL AND AGREE TO ALL THE CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT.
