Terms & Conditions of the Registration Agreement
Refund Policy
The Undersigned acknowledges that the fee for the Broker Licensing Course is $525, is payable upon enrollment and is subject to change without notice.
Said fee is refundable subject to the following conditions:
1. A $30.00 Charge for each session or portion thereof attended.
2. A $5.00 charge will apply each time a Student ID Card must be reprinted.
3. A $135.00 NON-REFUNDABLE enrollment fee.
4. A $60.00 NON-REFUNDABLE textbook fee.
5. Tuition credit only will be given after 12 months from the date of this agreement.
6. Any unused tuition will apply to the restart fee for a 1 year period only.
7. All refunds will be mailed within 30 business days.
8. A $30.00 charge will be imposed on all returned checks.
9. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals who require an accommodation to attend classes must notify the school at least 72 hours in advance of attendance by calling or faxing notification to the above telephone or fax numbers.
Course Repeat / Restart Policies
1.  Any student who, for reasons of illness or personal emergency, must interrupt their training, upon notice to the school, may have the option to be held in a pending file for up to 6 months (from the date of original enrollment) without loss of credit for fees or sessions attended.
Pre-registration notification of new start date is required in order to guaranteethe student a place in their requested class.
2.  A student who attended classes more than 6 months ago, but 1 year or less, paid the tuition in full, and now wishes to retake or continue any portion of the program will be charged one-third of the current tuition schedule.
3.  A student who attended classes more than 1 year ago, but 2 years or less, paid the tuition in full, and now wishes to retake or continue any portion of the program will be charged two-thirds of the current tuition schedule.
4.  A student who attended classes more than 2 years ago, and now wishes to retake or continue any portion of the program will be charged full current tuition.
Pre-registration notification of new start date is required in order to guarantee the student a place in their requested class.
ALTHOUGH THE ARIZONA SCHOOL OF REAL ESTATE & BUSINESS DOES PROVIDE PLACEMENT INFORMATION,WHEN AVAILABLE, FOR ITS STUDENTS, THE SCHOOL DOES NOT GUARANTEE JOB PLACEMENT NOR WARRANT THAT EMPLOYMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR THE APPLICANT.

BY SUBMITTING THIS REGISTRATION I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO ALL THE CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT.
