The Arizona School of Real Estate & Business wants you to succeed when it comes time to take your real estate and real estate broker licensing school and state exams.  The Basic Licensing and Broker Licensing School & State Exam Review classes are recommended intensive study sessions and are no additional charge for students who have purchased the Real Estate and Real Estate Broker Licensing Programs.  Our exceptional instructors will help to prepare you by emphasizing areas that will be tested and reviewing concepts that are necessary to understand in order to be prepared. 

Basic Licensing School & State Exam Review Class  

• This class is a review of all 18 classes that are taught in the Real Estate Licensing Program.
• It is designed to prepare you for both the school and state exams. 
• It is not required but is highly recommended. 
• This class is included in the Real Estate Licensing Program, there is no additional charge. 
• For those who have enrolled in the Real Estate Licensing Program but are past their six month time frame the course is $100, this also includes 4 study packets and the ability to take the school exam for up to three months from the date you register for the extension. 
• If you are not enrolled in the Real Estate Licensing Program the tuition fee is $150.

Real Estate Broker School & State Exam Review Classes
Offered at Scottsdale Campus Only.

• These classes are a review of all 24 Broker Licensing classes.
• They are designed to help you with both the school and state exams.
• There are two review classes, both are optional but recommended.
• This class is included in the Real Estate Licensing Program, there is no additional charge. 
• Both classes can be taken in lieu of two regular Broker classes, it does not matter if they are Law or Finance. 
• If you are enrolled in the Broker Crash Program the Review classes are mandatory in order to meet the 90-hour requirement.
• These classes are included in the Real Estate Broker Licensing Program and are no additional charge.
• For those who have enrolled in the Real Estate Broker Licensing Program but are past their six month time limit there will be a $125 charge for the Review classes, this includes 4 study packets and the ability to take the school exam for up to 3 months from the date you register for the extension.
• Non-students will be charged $175 for the Review classes, this includes 4 Review packets and if necessary, the school exam for up to 3 months from time of registration.
