Terms & Conditions of the Registration Agreement
Refund Policy

Prerequisite For Admission: High School Diploma
or a General Education Development Test (GED)

The Undersigned acknowledges that the fee for the 80-hour
HOME INSPECTION TRAINING PROGRAM
is $995 which is payable upon enrollment
and is subject to change without notice.

Said fee is refundable subject to the following conditions:
1.  The applicant may cancel this contract and receive a full refund of all monies paid to date if cancellation is made in writing to the General Manager and mailed/delivered to the institution at the address stated herein within three (3) business days, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and state and federal holidays, of signing the agreement.
2. A $200 NON-REFUNDABLE enrollment charge regardless of sessions attended will be applied if request is received after that date.
3. A refund will then be calculated by the last date of attendance as the date of withdrawal, if the student has not attended any class for 30 consecutive scheduled class days. The percentage of refund will be based on the time period elapsed: 10% or less = 90% refund; >10% and < 20% = 80% refund; >20% and < 30% = 70% refund; >30% and < 40% = 60% refund; >40% and < 50% = 50% refund; Greater than 50% = No refund.
4. A $5.00 charge for each student ID reprint will be applied.
5. Textbooks and materials are included in the course fee and this cost will be NON-REFUNDABLE.
6. NO CASH REFUNDS or tuition credit will be given after 12 months from the date of this agreement.
7. Any unused tuition will apply to the restart fee for a 1-year period only.
8. All refunds will be made by mail within 30 business days of request.
9.  A $30 charge will be imposed on all returned checks.
10. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals with disabilities who require an accomodation to attend classes must notify the school at least 72 hours in advance of attendance by calling or faxing notification to the following telephone or fax numbers: Phone 480-946-5388, Fax 480-949-5918.
Course Repeat / Restart Policies
1.  Any student who, for reasons of illness or personal emergency, must have a leave of absence, upon notice to the school, may have the option to be held in a pending file for up to 6 months (from the date of original enrollment) without loss of credit for fees or sessions attended.
2. A student attending classes more than 6 months ago, but 1 year or less, paid the tuition in full, and wishes to retake or continue any portion of the program will be charged one-third of the current tuition schedule.
3. A student attending classes more than 1 year ago, but 2 years or less, paid the tuition in full, and wishes to retake or continue any portion of the program will be chargedtwo-thirdsof the current tuition schedule.
4.  A student attending classes more than 2 years ago, and wishes to retake or continue any portion of the program will be charged full current tuition.
Grievances or Disputes
1. Any student with a grievance or dispute has the right to file a complaint, in writing, with the school.
2. Any complaint must be received within 30 days of the course completion.
3. Complaints should be specific as to their nature in order for the school to investigate and respond.
4. The school will respond to all complaints, in writing, within 30 days of receipt.
5. If the complaint cannot be resolved after exhausting the school's grievance procedure, the student may file a complaint with the Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education. ALTHOUGH THE ARIZONA SCHOOL OF REAL ESTATE & BUSINESS DOES PROVIDE PLACEMENT INFORMATION FOR ITS STUDENTS, THE SCHOOL DOES NOT GUARANTEE JOB PLACEMENT NOR WARRANT THAT EMPLOYMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR THE APPLICANT. ANY HOLDER OF THIS CONSUMER CREDIT CONTRACT IS SUBJECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND DEFENSES WHICH THE DEBTOR COULD ASSERT AGAINST THE SELLER OF GOODS OR SERVICES OBTAINED PURSUANT HERE TO OR WITH THE PROCEEDS THEREOF. RECOVERY HEREUNDER BY THE DEBTOR SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID BY THE DEBTOR. The catalog/flyer dated 2003-2004 is incorporated as part of the Registration/Enrollment Agreement.
