Terms & Conditions of the Registration Agreement
Refund Policy

The Undersigned acknowledges that the fee for the REAL ESTATE LICENSE PREPARATION COURSE is (check one of the following:)

	$399.00 - 3 Week Program
	$399.00 - 6 Week Program
	$399.00 - 9-Day Crash Program
	$399.00 - 12-Day Accelerated (Weekends & Evenings)
	$399.00 - Weekend Program

which is payable upon enrollment and is subject to change without notice. Said fee is refundable subject to the following conditions:
1. A $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE Enrollment Charge regardless of sessions attended.
2. A $5.00 Charge will apply each time a Student ID Card must be reprinted.
3. A $30.00 Charge for each session or portion thereof attended.
4. A $40.00 NON-REFUNDABLE Textbook Charge regardless of sessions attended.
5. NO CASH REFUNDS after 6 months from the first day of attendance; No tuition credit will be given after 12 months from the date of this agreement.
6. Any unused tuition will apply to the restart fee for a 1 year period only.
7. A $30.00 charge will be imposed on all returned checks.
8. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals with disabilities who require an accomodation to attend classes must notify the school at least 72 hours in advance of attendance by calling or faxing notification to the following telephone or fax numbers: Phone 480-946-5388, Fax 480-949-5918.

Course Repeat / Restart Policies

1. Any student who, for reasons of illness or personal emergency, must interrupt his/her training, upon notice to the school, may have the option to be held in a pending file for up to 6 months (from the date of original enrollment) without loss of credit for fees or sessions attended.
Pre-registration notification of new start date is required in order to guarantee the student a place in their requested class.
2. A student who attended classes more than 6 months ago, but 1 year or less, paid the tuition in full, and now wishes to retake or continue any portion of the program will be charged one-third of the current tuition schedule.
A student who attended classes more than 1 year ago, but 2 years or less, paid the tuition in full, and now wishes to retake or continue any portion of the program will be charged two-thirds of the current tuition schedule.
A student who attended classes more than 2 years ago, and now wishes to retake or continue any portion of the program will be charged full current tuition.
Pre-registration notification of new start date is required in order to guarantee the student a place in their requested class.
3. A student who has completed the entire course, but has been absent one year or more (from the original starting date) may test and attend the school review by paying the appropriate review fees.
ALTHOUGH THE ARIZONA SCHOOL OF REAL ESTATE & BUSINESS DOES PROVIDE PLACEMENT INFORMATION FOR ITS STUDENTS, THE SCHOOL DOES NOT GUARANTEE JOB PLACEMENT NOR WARRANT THAT EMPLOYMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR THE APPLICANT. ANY HOLDER OF THIS CONSUMER CREDIT CONTRACT IS SUBJECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND DEFENSES WHICH THE STUDENT COULD ASSERT AGAINST THE SELLER OF GOODS OR SERVICES OBTAINED PURSUANT HERE TO OR WITH.
