1. The Arizona Department of Real Estate
requires partial education to qualify to take the Arizona State
Examination.
2. You must sign class rosters and be present for roll call in every class to insure attendance.
3. You are required to pass the school's 90 hour prelicensure course examinations with a score of 75 percent or better before registering for the state examination. The state examination will address all 90 hours of the usual prelicensure course.
4. You are required to present to the school the Candidate Guide stamped by the Arizona Department of Real Estate indicating you are only required to take the partial hours. This Candidate Guide is to be obtained from the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
5. There will be no cash refunds. A $30 charge will be imposed on all returned checks.
6. A $5.00 Charge will apply each time a Student ID Card must be reprinted.
7. Classes chosen may be repeated if necessary for 6 months.
8. Tuition includes all books and the materials for the classes chosen.
9. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals with disabilities who require accommodation to attend classes must notify the school at least 72 hours in advance of attendance by calling or faxing notification to the above telephone or fax numbers.
