| The Arizona Department of Real Estate requires 90 hours of education for real estate licensure. We have broken up the 90 hours into 18 - 4 1/2 hour classes. They may be taken in any order, at any time and at either of our locations whenever they are offered. You may take no more than 2 classes in one day. To help prepare for the school and state exam we highly recommend that you read each chapter of the reading materials, preferably before you attend the class that will be covering that chapter.
