Exam Preparation Resources
Broker Licensing School & State Exam Review Classes
The Review classes are included in the Real Estate Broker Licensing Program. They may be used to substitute for two of the 24 Broker classes unless you are in the Crash program. Crash students must take all 24 classes and both Review classes to meet the 90 hour requirement.
Formulas & Calculations of Real Estate Math $35
This class prepares you for both the real estate broker and real estate licensing exams. If you are rusty in math or just need to build math confidence we encourage you to register. This class provides helpful hints and guidelines which will help increase your exam scores. The instructor will teach you key formulas, how to structure a problem and guides you so you know what to do first when working the problem. One tuition fee will allow you to repeat the class as many times as you need for six months.
Methods & Applications of Real Estate Math $35
This class prepares you for both the real estate broker and real estate licensing exams. It covers pro-rations, land problems, rental calculations, income tax calculations, property taxes and other calculations that are needed for the exams. One tuition fee will allow you to repeat the class as many times as you need for six months.
