Get your Appraisal renewal hours with the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business. 

Requirements:
Every 24 months you must complete 21 hours of approved renewal courses of your choice and a 7 hour USPAP class. The Arizona School of Real Estate & Business offers continuing education hours in a live classroom setting. 

Continuing education classes to meet special needs are offered on an ongoing basis, such as;

• Supervising Beginning Appraisers.
• Remedial classes mandated by the Arizona Board of Appraisal.
• 7-hour USPAP renewal class.             

USPAP may not be taken on line.

4 classes - $70
5 classes - $85
6 classes - $100
