Attendance for the 6 hour Intro to Contract Writing taken within one year before the date of your original licensure can be used towards your first renewal. The Intro to Contract Writing class is good for 3 hours of Contract Law AND 3 hours of Legal Issues.

Broker

A broker renewing for the first time may include credit for attendance in the Broker Management Clinics, as long as they were taken before the broker’s original licensure date.

How To Input Your Real Estate Renewal Courses with the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE)

Once you have completed your required hours you will need to notify ADRE by logging in your hours in your account on their website here.

  • Select the option to record Continuing Education (CE) credits
  • Enter the ADRE course number and the dates of the CE course.
    • ADRE course number can be found on your issued certificate
    • NO MORE than 9 hours of education a day will be accepted by ADRE

Once your full real estate continuing education requirements has been logged, the website should prompt you to finish your renewal application by filling out any other required forms and paying for your renewal.
