Broker Management Clinic (BMC)
Designated, Delegated Associate and Self-Employed brokers are required to complete 9 hours of BMC. This course is a helpful tool for Brokers to refine their management skills and implement effective tactics into your business.
Classes are divided up into three 3 hour classes:
- BMC 1 – “Rights and Responsibilities”
- BMC 2 – “Development and Implementation”
- BMC 3 – “Being the Boss”
- Classes may be taken in any order
