Basic Real Estate License Courses
State-required 90 hours of Principals and Practices with all textbooks and course materials. This basic program will give you the fundamentals needed to get your real estate license without study aids or course add-ons found in our packages. Topics include property management, leasing, title closing, income analysis, license law, brokerage real estate transactions, property ownership and rights, marketing, land development, and building construction.
Introduction to Contract Writing
Prepare to write the contracts that you will be using once you enter your real estate career.
After passing the school exam and prior to being licensed, the Arizona Department of Real Estate requires each student to attend a 6 hour course in contracts called “Introduction to Contract Writing.” Certification will be given at the end of class. You will need to include this certificate of completion when you apply for your real estate license.
