Agency Disclosure - ADRE Guidelines (3hr Agency)
This class will concentrate on agency guidelines as set forth by the Arizona Department of Real Estate. Arizona Association of REALTOR® agency disclosure forms will be used to demonstrate the proper flow and usage of each form to insure compliance with the ARS (laws) and AAC (rules) regarding agency relationships and proper disclosure to all parties.
Topics Include: What is Agency, Duties, Creation, Sub-Agency, Dual Agency, & Buyer Agency.
