Arizona Property Tax (3hr Legal Issues)
This course presents an overview of Arizona's property tax system and the statutes pertaining to these taxes. The formula for valuing the property as well as value arguments pertinent to the appeal process will be explored. The attendee will also gain an understanding of how various properties are taxed and how the legal limitations are set.
