Federal Fair Housing and Lending Practices (3hr Fair Housing)
This course will explore the Fair Housing Laws as they apply to the extension of credit and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act. Case Studies will also be used to illustrate the different treatment parties may receive. The seller carry back and the agent's restrictions when structuring the financing instruments will be addressed.
