Real Estate Disclosure Court Cases (3hr Disclosure)
This three hour course will review recent court cases involving disclosure. Discussions will focus on protecting clients by understanding this fiduciary duty. Topics include how to identify material facts, the importance of disclosure, and the liability for failure to disclose.
