Agency Issues-Past Present & Future (3hr Agency)
This three hour course will provide a history of past and current agency practices in Arizona and create awareness of emerging business models. Federal laws addressing fair, open competition in the marketplace will be reviewed. Emphasis will be placed on minimizing risk from both the listing broker's and cooperating broker's perspective when working within each business model.
