Record Keeping Made Relevant (3hr Commissioner's Standards)
The student will be able to establish systems and procedures to keep records in compliance with Commissioners Rules and applicable state and federal laws. Employee/agent records; Broker Price Opinions; listings, sales, closings and referral records; rejected offers; leasing records; and trust account record keeping will be discussed, as well as procedures for purging records, electronic and off-site record keeping.
