Disclosure - Decision Making (3hr Disclosures)
This three hour course will cover disclosure law as it relates to current market driven issues such as foreclosure, short sales, deficiency judgments and fraudulent activity. Protection of the consumer will be highlighted with discussions regarding money and ownership issues, zoning and permits, contingency clauses, and cancellation provisions.
