Property Management Legal Requirements (3hr Legal Issues)
3 Hours - Legal Issues
This three hour course will focus on the various federal and state laws and rules governing the set-up and operation of a property management company, including Fair Housing requirements, ADA provisions and the Arizona Landlord Tenant Act. Topics covered include licensing requirements, management agreements, trust accounting, record-keeping, and the management company's legal responsibilities and obligations to both owners and tenants.
