This three hour course will cover the statutory requirements as well as the most recent law changes concerning homeowners associations; the various types of homeowners associations and the impact they have on a community; HOA structure and operation with focus on what the priority is when CC&R's conflict with state laws; HOA and the AZ Landlord/Tenant Act.
