Disclosure and Residential Remodeling (3hr Disclosure)
This course is designed to prepare agents for anticipating disclosure requirements when working with "Fix and Flip" investor clients and/or sellers who are preparing their home for sale following renovation and/or remodeling of the property. A detailed analysis of how to determine the best course of action and maintenance of evidentiary records is provided and reviewed.
