Residential Purchase Contract "Rights, Responsibilities & Remedies" (3hr Contract Law)
This class will review issues affecting contract writing using the AAR Residential Resale Real Estate Purchase Contract and its addenda. The class will specifically review issues with cash sales, financing, seller carry backs, appraisals, title and escrow, warranties, due diligence, remedies, additional terms and conditions and short sales. And the course will distinguish between contingency clauses and cure clauses. Real life contract scenarios will be used to discuss the topics.
