The Residential Contract - Issues, Disputes & Solutions (3hr Contract Law)
This course provides detailed review of all contract language in the AAR Residential Resale Contract and supplemental forms. Issues of enforcement, agent, buyer and seller responsibility for discovery and disclosure, enforcement of contract language specific to time lines and the cure periods; most common disputes and possible resolutions is discussed.
Topics Include: Market Overview, Due Diligence, Seller Disclosures, Financing, Title and Escrow, Earnest Money, Cure Period, Review, and Contract Clauses.
