Advanced Contracts 2.0 (3hr Contract Law)
The purpose of this course is to elevate the licensees' understanding of the legal requirements, responsibilities, and possible ramifications of AAR's residential resale contract and the exclusive right to sell contract. Licensees will have a heightened awareness of preparation of documents, advising clients, managing time lines and reducing risk.Topic Outline Includes: Agency, Contract Details, Earnest Money, Warranties, Conditions, Breach of Contract, Listing, & Closing.
