Commissioner's Standards & The Code of Ethics (3hr Commissioners Standards)
The purpose of the commissioner's standards course is to review the general concept of professional conduct, real estate advertising, and license renewal in Arizona real estate practice. Sections of the current National Association of REALTORS Code of Ethics (Preamble; Article 1; Article 2) will also be reviewed.
Topics Include: Sources of Real Estate Law, Real Estate Advertising in Arizona, Licensure in Arizona, The Arizona Department of Real Estate, & Ethical Conduct.
