This course will provide a basic understanding of representation issues impacting every day real estate practice as defined and directed by the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS. Outline Topics Include: NAR Code of Ethics, Basics for Agency Practice, Agency Relationships, Agency Conflicts of Interest, Confidential information, Agency Duties and Disclosure, Written Agency Agreements, Exclusive Relationships, Representation, and Q&A. This course meets the NAR Ethics requirement.
