This three-hour Fair Housing course will cover the basic fair housing concepts contained in the Civil Rights of 1866, the Fair Housing Act of 1968 and the 1988 amendments. Discussion include the concepts of steering, redlining, protected classes and the fines and penalties resulting from violations as well as administrative requirements
