From The Hotline (3hrs Commissioner Standards)
For many years the Arizona Association of Realtors® has published questions & answers regarding the important real estate issues. This class will use selected Hotline Q & A’s to generate discussions regarding Commissioners Rules, statutes, and case law. The categories for this class are: Agency, Listings and Compensation issues. Students will be given the questions (without answers) and will discuss possible answers in workgroups. Subsequently, the instructor will lead a discussion on the answers and add related information and clarification. Students will have access to all the answers provided by the AAR Hotline.
