Fair housing and issues of diversity are emerging due to immigration issues. Learn how to apply the evolving demographics which are changing our business. This class meets the new NAR required training on Fair Housing / Anti-Bias Training that is required every three years. This begins with January 1, 2025 with a deadline of December 31, 2027.
