Firewise Communities, Deed Fraud Prevention, and Water in Arizona (General credit)
This course is designed to enhance community resilience and safety by addressing critical topics that impact property owners and communities in Arizona. Participants will explore fire-preventive landscaping and building practices as part of the Arizona Firewise Communities initiative, learn effective strategies for safeguarding property ownership through deed fraud prevention, and gain insights into protecting vital water resources through efficient water course management. Together, these components provide practical knowledge to promote safer, more sustainable communities. ADRE is requiring this class as part of all agent's renewal cycles starting January 1, 2025.
