In this class the licensee will become well versed in the rules and regulations governing the actions of property managers pursuant to the Arizona Revised Statutes and the Arizona Administrative Code. Particular attention will be paid to the topics of licensing requirements, management agreements, advertising and the proper handling of trust accounts.
