Qualifying the Tenant/Fair Housing (3hr Fair Housing)
The Licensee will understand the elements of the rental application process and be able to properly review credit, identification, income etc. while treating all applicants fairly within the landlord-tenant and fair housing laws thus avoiding discriminatory practices. Specific fair housing issues will be discussed including families children, pet policies, reasonable accommodations and age restricted communities.
