Our course schedule below highlights our instructor-led Livestream virtual class offerings (attend class via Zoom!), Virtual Open Houses for prospective students, Virtual Career Expos for current real estate students, and scheduled online broker classes. In addition to our Livestream offerings, we’re also here for you with online self-study programs where you can go at your own pace for real estate pre-licensing and continuing education, as well as appraisal continuing education. Real estate pre-licensing courses can even be taken through a combination of online and Livestream classes!

Runs from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM from 07/29/2022 to 07/29/2022. 3 Hours Commissioner's Standards The course covers statutory and regulatory requirements related to the operation of a brokerage pursuant to the Arizona Revised Statutes and the Arizona Administrative Code. Specifically, we will focus on assisting brokers in developing a written policy and procedures manual that meets the requirements of A.A.C. R4-28-1103(A), Broker Supervision and Control, as we walk through each topic in the Arizona Department of Real Estate’s Model Policy and Procedures Manual. Topics Include: Education Requirements, License Entities, Fictitious and Franchise Names, Broker Policy Development & Risk Prevention, Independent Contractors Agreement, Broker/Agent Relationship, Commissions & Disclosure of Compensation, Errors & Omissions, Stigmatized property, Reporting judgements, & Referral/Finder Fees.

Find it, Fix it, Flip it Seminar

Livestream - AZ

Runs from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM from 07/29/2022 to 07/29/2022. At this popular seminar, you’ll learn the ins and outs of fixing and flipping properties from leading industry professionals. You’ll leave this event with a strong understanding of how to identify a good investment, develop a business plan, and find financing. The experts will also share tips on how to select a contractor and other valuable connections you may need to make to be successful.Topics Include: Investment Range, Advising the Client, Financing, Analyzing Costs Record Keeping, Preparing for Sales, Mistakes, & Strategies.
