December 2019 – Letter From the School VP
December 2, 2019
Greg Muir
Executive Vice President, Arizona Journal of Real Estate & Business
Dear friends,
Can you believe we’re already nearly through another year? ‘Tis the season of giving and hugging your loved ones a little tighter. Be sure to take time to celebrate your accomplishments over the past year and thank those who may have helped you get there.
If you are considering a career in real estate, now is a great time to sign up for classes with Arizona School of Real Estate and Business. Our online and in-classroom learning experiences give you the ability to balance school with work, family, and other commitments. In the coming year, watch for an online broker course to further your ability to advance your career while providing the flexibility you need. This course, similar to the classroom offering, is being developed in conjunction with Hogan School of Real Estate and available to all students in Arizona.
This month in The Journal, we’re discussing leasing and management. One of the most important things to know about managing a lease is the benefit of legal counsel. The laws for property care can vary greatly depending on the area and an attorney will ensure the lease for each property has all the right boxes checked. Before you start buying properties to rent, read through the articles in this issue to learn what you need to know from area professionals.
I hope you will join us for the next event in our seminar series, Leasing & Management – 101 Things to Know, on Friday, December 13th at our Scottsdale Campus. Visit asreb.com to secure your seat.
Wishing you a safe and happy holiday season!
Sincerely,
Greg Muir
Executive Vice President
