The Introduction to Contract Writing course meets the six hours of contract writing education required for an Arizona real estate salesperson license. While expertise with contracts comes only with experience, further study, and real world application, this course provides a good working introduction to the lease, listing agreement, and purchase agreement, including the opportunity to practice completing samples of these contracts. In addition to understanding basic contract law, handling contracts in a real estate transaction requires knowledge in many other areas, such as real and personal property, agency relationships, escrow and title, financing, and legal disclosure requirements. We’ll also look at these topics throughout this course as they apply to contracts.
