Arizona Fair Housing Law (3hr Fair Housing)
This three hour course will cover the federal and state fair housing laws as they apply to sales and rentals in Arizona. Details regarding protected classes, prohibited practices and exemptions will be discussed in re-sale and property management. Topics include an overview of the administrative procedures from the complaint to resolution.
This class meets NAR's required training on Fair Housing / Anti-Bias Training that is required every three years. This began on January 1, 2025 with a deadline of December 31, 2027.
