Fair Housing Issues (3hr Fair Housing)
This three hour course will explore the scope and current application of the Arizona and Federal Fair Housing Acts and the Federal Civil Rights Act. Particular attention will be paid to discrimination and the repercussions of discrimination of any of the protected classes by property managers.
This class meets NAR's required training on Fair Housing / Anti-Bias Training that is required every three years. This began on January 1, 2025 with a deadline of December 31, 2027.
