Federal Fair Housing Act Property Management (3hr Fair Housing)
This course will cover the past and present aspects of fair housing. Practical applications will be given to cover day-to-day real estate activities.

This class meets NAR's required training on Fair Housing / Anti-Bias Training that is required every three years. This began on January 1, 2025 with a deadline of December 31, 2027.
