BMC 3: Q&A on Supervising Licensees (3hrs Requirement for Licensees)
Licensee Supervision Q&A course equips brokers with the tools to better navigate the complexities of supervising licensees and maintaining compliance in an ever-changing real estate environment. The course covers critical topics related to licensee performance, including advertising, establishing agency, fulfilling agency duties, providing required disclosure, receiving compensation, handling money, and adhering to fair housing laws. Brokers will learn best practices for supervising employees specific to communicating expectations, monitoring and improving performance, and managing the license and disciplinary processes.
