Many subscribers would be surprised to know that Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service, Inc. (ARMLS) is one of the largest MLSs in the country. In fact, we are in the top 10 in many categories. In 2014, subscribers closed over $19 billion worth of residential sales through our MLS. With 32,000 subscribers and counting, we rank 6th or 7th based on membership. While our MLS is not limited by geography, our coverage area is very large in comparison to other MLSs in the country with only CRMLS in California and HAR in Houston spanning more square miles.

Our large membership base allows us to offer some of the lowest MLS fees in the country and take advantage of economies of scale. In fact, I am pleased to announce here first, that subscriber fees will not be increasing for the 2015-2016 billing year.

We are also positioned to have a top 10 market. Since the bubble, our market has made a healthy comeback. Foreclosures continue to fall and normal buyers are returning to the market. Many feared a swing back too hard into another bubble – that’s not what’s happening. It’s a healthy market for subscribers right now with plenty of pent up demand.

We are not bragging about ourselves, we’re bragging about you. Our subscribers do a fantastic job in our market. We’re committed to hold up our end of the bargain to provide quality service and the best data in the country.
