Referral Program FAQs
How do I get my gift card?
Once your referral enrolls in a pre-licensing course package, we’ll automatically send your virtual $25 Amazon gift card via email within 30 days. No need to follow up — we’ll take care of it.
Is there a limit on how many friends I can refer?
Nope! Refer as many friends, family members, or colleagues as you’d like. Each one who enrolls earns you another $25 gift card.
Will my friend know I referred them?
Yes — when our team reaches out, we’ll let them know a friend (you!) thought of them.
What if my friend doesn’t want to enroll?
That’s okay. If they’d rather not move forward, they can simply let us know and opt out of future communications — no hard feelings, no further outreach.
What if my friend doesn’t sign up — do I still get the gift card?
The $25 gift card is earned when a referral purchases a pre-licensing course package. If they choose not to enroll, the reward isn’t issued for that referral.
Which courses are eligible for the referral reward?
This program applies to real estate pre-licensing course packages only. Continuing education and other course types don’t currently qualify.

Anyone who might be interested in a real estate career — friends, family, coworkers, clients, you name it.
This Refer-a-Friend program is currently available to ASREB students and community members only.
To qualify for the $25 Amazon gift card, the referred individual must be a new lead (not an existing
student) who enrolls in a qualifying course within 14 days of being referred. Gift cards are issued
within 30 days of the referred student’s enrollment. ASREB reserves the right to modify or end
this program at any time.
