As I reflect on my time spent in the Arizona real estate industry, I have found that it has been rewarding. From evolving the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business (ASREB) in the late 1970s to the early 2000s by creating various programs, courses, study aids and textbooks to initiating this Journal publication over 30 years ago – my purpose has always been to make quality education available to those who wish to receive it.

After 35 years of supporting the Arizona real estate industry, I am very pleased to be adding a new chapter in my life as it relates to education. As of August of this year, I will be joining Arizona State University (ASU), W.P Carey School of Business, Department of Finance. My role with ASU will be to teach Real Estate Fundamentals REA 380 that was originally taught by Joe Davis. I am very excited to be working with a large scale of young adults who are preparing themselves to be tomorrow’s professionals.

I will be dividing my weekdays with ASU as well as continue to teach real estate licensing and renewal courses at the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business. Teaching at both organizations will truly complement each other by opening up new outlets for people to gain knowledge about Arizona real estate and the growth that is expected in the future.
