March 2019 – Letter From the President

Publisher's Letter

Nate Hoelzen
President, Arizona Journal of Real Estate & Business

Dear Readers,

This month, we’re proud to celebrate our 50th Anniversary with our students, alumni, partners, associates, communities, and the state of Arizona. Since 1969, Arizona School of Real Estate & Business has been providing quality education for thousands of professionals in the real estate, mortgage, appraisal, and home inspection industries.

ASREB built its reputation delivering the highest-quality courses taught by engaging instructors with practical, real-world experience. For 50 years, we have put students first to ensure every person who has the desire to pursue a career in real estate can be successful. We have become a life-long resource to our graduates with professional relationships across the state.

We are proudly part of Hondros Education Group (HEG), and this gives us distinct advantages. HEG is the national leader in professional education and mastery of hybrid online and in-classroom learning. This broad experience will benefit ASREB students once the ADRE approves online real estate pre-licensing.  We look forward to giving the option of completing courses in the classroom, online, or a combination of both, catering to every learning preference and lifestyle.

Introduced in 1985, the Journal was another addition to the long list of ways ASREB adds value to our industry. Featuring a new topic each month, the Journal shares articles from a diverse group of experts to better equip its readers with knowledge directly from the field. Since introduced, our publication has become renowned as a resource not only for students but housing professionals, community residents, and businesses.

In this month’s issue of the Journal titled, “Find It, Fix It, Flip It,” readers will gain insight into the growing industry of fixing and flipping properties. Learn the “do’s and don’ts” from the experts to ensure you’re meeting your potential while also protecting yourself and your business. We will carry the dynamic topic of real estate rehabilitation into our next monthly seminar as well.  The Find It, Fix It, Flip It seminar will be on Friday, March 29th and will sell out quickly so don’t delay and register today!

We appreciate your trusting Arizona School of Real Estate & Business with your educational experience and thank you for the good wishes so many of you have given following our recent expansion into Tucson with the Hogan School of Real Estate.

Cheers to 50 years of excellence in education
