Dear Readers,

Allow me to be one of the first to wish you a happy Thanksgiving! As we approach this holiday of giving, remember to take a moment and give thanks to all those who have positively impacted your life. It’s also a great time of year to send thank you notes or messages to your close-knit group of mentors, clients, and staff.

With Veterans Day coming up on November 11th, I’d like to take a moment to genuinely thank our United States servicemen and women for the sacrifices they have made for our country. Whether you’re in the Army, Navy, Coast Guard, Marines, or Air Force, we can never be grateful enough for all that you do to keep us safe each and every day.

In this month’s issue of The Journal, we discuss the Phoenix real estate market forecast for 2020. It seems impossible that we’re almost through 2019, but nonetheless, it’s time to plan for the year ahead. We continued to see market growth in just about every category and we look for that to continue in 2020. Look to articles in this issue from area professionals to stay informed and prepared for the coming year.
