June 2020 – Letter From the School VP

Greg Muir
Executive Vice President, Arizona Journal of Real Estate & Business

Dear Friends,

At Arizona School of Real Estate and Business, we’re doing everything we can to get back to “normal” dealing with the impacts of COVID-19. As always, our number one goal remains to ensure student safety while delivering the quality education you need to continue your career journey. We’re working alongside ADRE on our reopening plan to get you back in the classroom when the state deems it’s safe to do so. Visit asreb.com and watch your email for the most up-to-date course information, including Livestream options.

With regards to normalcy, I’d like to take a moment to wish all of our readers who are dads out there a Happy Father’s Day. I hope you’re able to spend the day celebrating the love and support you give your families each and every day.

This month in The Journal, we’re discussing leasing and property management. Now, more than ever, one of the most important things to know about managing a lease is the benefit of legal counsel. The laws for property care can vary greatly depending on the area. An attorney will ensure the lease for each property has all the right boxes checked and they’ll be there to support you when issues arise. Whether you’re a seasoned vet or looking to get started in property management, read through the articles in this issue to learn what you need to know from the experts. They’ll also share their thoughts on the impact of COVID-19 on the industry.

I hope you will join us for the next event in our seminar series, Leasing & Property Management, on Friday, June 26th. We will hopefully be returning to our usual location at our Scottsdale Campus, however, this seminar may take place via Livestream. Visit asreb.com for the most up to date location information and to secure your seat!

Sincerely,

Greg Muir

Executive Vice President
