Letter from the Executive Vice President
November 4, 2020
Allow me to be one of the first to wish you a happy Thanksgiving! This year, it feels especially important to give thanks to all those who have positively impacted your life. As we approach this season of giving, I encourage you to take a moment to reflect on the people in your life who have helped you along the way. Consider sending a quick thank you note or text message to your close-knit group of mentors, clients, and staff.
November is also an important time to recognize our United States servicemen and women for the sacrifices they have made for our country. Whether you’re in the Army, Navy, Coast Guard, Marines, or Air Force, we can never be grateful enough for all that you do to keep us safe each and every day.
In this month’s issue of The Journal, we discuss the Arizona real estate market forecast for 2021. It seems impossible that 2020 has nearly come and gone, but nonetheless it’s time to plan for the year ahead. It’s been a challenging year and I believe we’re all looking forward to the prospect of new things for 2021. Look to the articles in this issue from area professionals to stay informed and prepared for the coming year.
In addition to reviewing the articles in this issue, I invite you to join us for the next event in our seminar series on November 20th at 9:00 a.m. to keep up to date with the latest trends and forecasts for 2021. Experts in the industry will discuss the overall Arizona 2021 Market Forecast via Livestream, so you can stay in the know from the comfort of your own home. This seminar is a great opportunity to hear directly from experts in the industry about what to expect from our area’s real estate market in 2021.
Wishing you a safe and happy Thanksgiving! Sincerely,
Executive Vice President
