Letter from the Executive Vice President
Publisher's Letter, Real Estate Advertising: Regulating the Internet & Social Media
December 1, 2020
Can you believe we’re nearly through 2020? As you look to the holiday season and 2021 planning, be sure to take time to celebrate your accomplishments over the past year and thank those who helped you get here.
Looking ahead, now is a great time to sign up for classes with Arizona School of Real Estate and Business to kick off 2021 with a step toward your goals. Our online and Livestream learning experiences give you the ability to balance school with work, family, and other commitments. We hope to have you back in the classroom soon, but until then, ASREB has you covered with courses you can take from the comfort of your own home.
This month in The Journal, we’re taking a look at advertising and social media as it relates to the real estate industry. Local experts will discuss their best tips and tricks for leveraging an advertising strategy as well as other regulatory notes to keep you in the know.
You may be less familiar with this if you’re new to the field, but there are specific rules and guidelines set aside for real estate agents who wish to advertise their services. It’s important to know these rules because there are legal penalties for those who do not follow the real estate advertising guidelines. Attend our seminar, “Real Estate Advertising – Regulating the Internet & Social Media,” via Livestream on December 18th to stay up to date with the latest rules and regulations.
Wishing you a safe and happy holiday season! Sincerely,
Executive Vice President
