Letter from the Executive Vice President

Dear Friends,

First and foremost, happy New Year! I hope you all were able to enjoy a break from the daily grind to celebrate family and the holiday season. Taking a look ahead, it’s a new year and I don’t know about you, but I’m looking forward to great things in 2021!

Speaking of exciting things in the new year, I’m thrilled to announce that The Journal has expanded to include our sister school’s publication, The Hogan School of Real Estate Frontrunner! Take a look in this month’s issue for a letter to readers from Director, Jenny Hogan.

As you seek guidance this year in the world of real estate, I encourage you to continue looking to Arizona School of Real Estate and Business and Hogan School of Real Estate. Together, we’re here to bring you valuable career resources, including a monthly seminar series, to help you stay prepared and up to date with the latest trends in the industry.

In this issue of the Journal, and at our January seminar, you’ll learn the intricacies of navigating an investment in tax liens. Before you consider investing, it’s important to know all the facts. Our January seminar will be a great place for you to learn and ask questions prior to the bidding auctions in February. I’m pleased to announce that Jim Hogan, with Hogan School of Real Estate, will be the keynote speaker at this month’s seminar. Jim will share insight from his experience in the industry, like how to make wise investments, the advantages of getting into tax liens, and how to use the computer bidding system. I hope you will join us, whether it’s in person or via Livestream, for “Tax Liens as an Investment” on January 22nd.

Cheers to the New Year and best of luck to you with your 2021 goals!

Sincerely,

Greg Muir
