Alan R. Davidson has over 35 years of commercial real estate experience in marketing, financial operations, leasing and development. Alan has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Arizona since 1994. A state approved instructor for commercial real estate continuing education requirements, Alan has taught classes throughout Arizona for national brokerage firms, title companies and realtor associations.

He has served with national brokerage organizations representing investors, owners and tenants in acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real estate including Lowe Enterprises, Excel Realty Trust, and Kidder Mathews.

Alan earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2008. He was the 2012 Central Arizona Chapter President, served as the 2016 Regional Vice President as well as the CCIM Foundation Board of Directors and the CCIM Board of Directors. He is member of the Planned Giving Roundtable Board of Directors and The Goldwater Institute Real Estate Gifts Committee.
